A Grand Cross Breast Star in silver gilt presenting a four point star of faceted rays with large ball finials, between each arm sits a cluster of seven faceted rays, the obverse medallion in 18K Gold features the handpainted insignia of the order, surrounded by a green enamelled wreath with a white enamel banner inscribed A LA LEALTAD ACRISOLADA POR ISABEL
