Grown on an ancient podzolic soil with a low fertility. The wine has intense ruby colour with a bouquet of red and dark berry fruits balanced with black pepper and spice. The shiraz is crafted to enhance the rich, dark red and blackberry fruits, with 40% new French oak for a minimum of 24 months resulting in an elegant, silky tannin finish. Extended aging in the bottle before
