Constructed of bronze, circular medal depicting on the obverse a winged figure of Victory on a rayed background, reverse featuring the arms of Portugal on a lateral band of War Crosses, inscribed by the inscription MEDALHA DA VITORIA (Victory Medal), measuring 34. 93 mm (w) x 39. 85 mm (h inclusive of the integral ball), with minor toned bronze, accompanied by original ribbon with clasp,
