The picture is dated to summer of 1942. Winniza was occupied by the Germans between 1941 and 1944. A few kilometers outside the city, the Nazis had built the Fhrerhauptquartier Werwolf (Fhrer Headquarters). It was the most easterly Fhrer Headquarter that
