Alkimi 'Wild Dreams' Pinot Gris 2023 yamhill-carlton La Côte comes from theCertified organic grapes grown at 300m asl just out of Healesville. Were getting pretty high and the view is good too. Soils are marine derived sandstone, with siltstone and shale. Soils are similar respected vineyards in Gruyere which within the Warramate anticline. After being handpicked, the grapes were wholebunch fermented (wild) for 7 days and pressed to a season puncheon for a wild malolactic fermentation. The wine had a few careful lees stirs
