Howard Vineyard Polish Hill Riesling oaxaca christmas cracker funk and aWinemaking: Picked early in the morning, pressing the grapes at 7am gently using only the free run juice which we slowly ferment to show vineyard and individual block expression. Nose: Jumps out of the glass with aromas of a fresh bouquet of white spring flowers, lime, lemon and mandarin characters. Palate: Delicate aromatics of lemon, lime zest and lychee round out this wine and compliment the dry finish.
