Constructed of rolled Gold (on bronze base), the exterior bearing a central raised and elaborate arabesque wreath overlaid by a swastika, itself inset with 17 simulated pearls, opening with dual functional spring loaded hinges, the interior stamped with a makers mark of S & W, measuring 60 mm in width, weighing 9. 3 grams, a striking and unusual example of patriotica from the early years of the NSDAP in extremely fine condition.
