Multi piece construction, in 18K Gold with white enamelled arms and Savoy knots in each quadrant, the obverse medallion featuring a Lombardy crown on a blue enamelled field, the reverse medallion with a black enamelled eagle, measures 37. 25mm (w) x 41. 0mm (h inclusive of ball suspension), weighs 10. 71 grams (including ribbon), enamels intact, worn on original ribbon, in extremely fine condition.
