Light white gold, intense and fruity on the nose with elderberry juice with white flower notes and yellow apple, exciting acidity and fine fruit on the palate, spicy finish. Fermented only with natural yeasts, vinified without additives or fining agents, matured in steel tanks on the full yeast, bottled unfiltered, slight cloudiness possible, low sulfite gases total
