Instituted in 1975. Four piece construction, insignia in silver with red and cerulean blue enamels, mounted to an eight pointed silver star base, marked "925" (silver) on the reverse, measuring 65. 8 mm (w) x 69 mm (h), vertical pinback, scattered chipping evident in the red enamels on the oval centrepiece ring, otherwise the enamels are intact, near extremely fine.
