An ornate eight pointed black and white enameled star with ball finials with forms a sixteenth pointed design, obverse centre presenting a circular centre that is superimposed on a satri square, with a representation of charity in the form of a matron who welcomes two children, with a white border containing the Latin inscription FORTITUDO CHARITAS
